From Hartington, this has a 'dryish' texture but a good
creamy taste that' s mellow.
Richly coloured cheese that s creamy with a good mellow
flavour. Looks good on any cheeseboard.
This famous cheese has a chequered history, its creamy,
strong and very blue. Made with skimmed milk So low fat.
Superb strong blue that' s creamy with a good 'rustic'
flavour. Recommended.
Famous blue from Scotland, (for all the wrong reasons) Very
rich and can develop quite a bite when aged.
Inspired by the continental soft blue' s, this is an
absolutely gorgeous cheese, very creamy and mild. Very
moreish .
Still handmade, creamy and well flavoured. The very best
money can buy.
From Hawes, this blue version of Wallace' s favourite is a
good alternative to Stilton.
Delightful English Roquefort style, moist and creamy, but no
saltiness. Recommended.
