Typical Swiss textured cheese with a strongish flavour almost fruity. Recommended.

Gruyere (U)
One of the 'fondue' cheeses, hard , creamy texture and a good flavour.

Emmental (U)
Famous cheese with the holes, sweet and firm textured. The other fondue cheese.

Raclette
Swiss grilling cheese, for use with that 'iron' .
