Cow's milk blended

Admirals (V)
Cheddar blended with port, with two layers of blue stilton.

Appledore (V)
Crumbly Lancashire with apple pieces and coated in cinnamon. Quite sweet.

Applewood (V S)
Creamy cheddar, smoke flavoured and coated in paprika.

Coachman (V)
Red Leicester and Wensleydale with apple and celery rolled into a log.

Devon Garland (V U)
Creamy cheddar with a layer of chives, basil and thyme Recommended

Huntsman (V)
Double Gloucester with a layer of blue stilton in the middle. Recommended

Orange Grove
Rich dessert cheese flavoured with orange and a layer of zest.

Pineapple Grove
As previous but with Pineapple. Superb.

Red Hot Mex.
Cheddar blended with chillies and Mexican seasoning. Fiery.

Red Windsor
Cheddar blended with Elderberry wine, giving a red marbled effect.

Sage Derby (V)
Farmhouse Derby with a layer of chopped Sage through the middle. The best.

Scrumpy Sussex (U)
Cheddar blended with garlic, cider, garlic, herbs and garlic. For those who want to be alone.

Stilton & Apricot
Crumbly white stilton with chopped Apricots. A firm favourite.

Stilton & Lemon
White stilton with lemon zest. Surprisingly sweet.

Swaledale & Old Peculiar
Creamy cheese blended with the famous northern ale. Excellent.

Tiskey Meadow (V U)
Creamy Devon cheese with a layer of sun-dried tomatoes, oregano and basil. Recommended.

Vintage (V)
Cheddar blended with vintage Port. Very tasty.

Warwickshire (V)
Derby cheese with a layer of either - Black pepper or Hot red chillies. Both excellent.

Superb cheddar from Simon Jones, buttery, excellent flavour, not too much bite. Supreme champion 1996.

Staffs. Organic (O)
Good medium cheddar for the growing demand of organic produce.

Vintage Poacher (U)
Matured version of the above. Good bite and a flavour that lingers.

Quickes Ex. Mat.
Excellent cheddar from Devon, strong bite and a good flavour. Our favourite.

Cheshire (U)
Classic farmhouse cheese from the Appleby' s. Crumbly, with a good flavour and that slight Saltiness. Recommended.

Cornish Yarg (V)
Medium pressed cheese using an old recipe but today' s techniques. Mild and creamy wrapped in nettles.

Cotherstone (V U)
Wonderful cheese from the Pennines, medium pressed, with a smooth buttery flavour. Natural rind. Recommended.

Curworthy (U)
From a 200 yr. old recipe, it' s creamy with a good flavour that can be sharp. Waxed.

Derby (V)
Surprising cheese from Fowlers, smooth textured, an excellent flavour, washed in red wine. Recommended.

Double Gloucester (V U)
Rich coloured cheese with a marked flavour that will surprise.

Double Worcester (V U)
Rich coloured cheese with a sharp flavour and a texture like a Lancashire. V. Good.

Hereford Hop (V U)
Creamy medium pressed cheese with a mild flavour , covered in toasted hops.

Hereford Red (V U)
Deeply coloured cheese with a mild creamy taste that the kids will enjoy.

Lancashire (V U)
Mrs. Kirkhams famous award winning cheese, acidic and crumbly. The Best.

Pendle Forest (S)
Traditional oak smoked Lancashire. good smoky flavour.

Poacher Smoked (S U)
Heavy oak smoked version of the champion cheese. Recommended.

Single Gloucester (V U)
Creamy, firm and well matured cheese made from Gloucester cow' s milk.

Stilton White
Moist, crumbly young stilton with a clean sharp taste.

Swaledale (V)
Classic borders cheese. Moist, delicate flavoured like 'crème-fraiche'. Natural mould rind.

Wensleydale (V)
The real McCoy from Hawes. Crumbly mild flavour. Wallace' s favourite. Waxed.

Berkswell (V U)
From the Ram Hall Dairy, this excellent, creamy and moist cheese has an almost 'grassy' taste. Recommended.

Derby Ram (V)
Firm creamy cheese that' s 12 mths. Old, and achieve a wonderful, unusual flavour.

Lord of the Hundreds (V)
Hard, nutty and well flavoured cheese that's a firm favourite with our customers. Recommended.

Wensleydale (V)
The original cheese made by Shepherds Purse. Moist, crumbly, and a superior flavour.

Firm, medium flavoured cheese from Cumbria. Our best seller.

Capricorn (V)
Mild cheese of the ripening kind, apparently great for cooking.

Gedi Crottin (V) (each)
English version, creamy and mild flavoured. Excellent for cooking.

Firm, medium flavoured cheese from Cumbria. Excellent for cooking.
